LoanSetu is owned and operated by MRTC Capital Advisory Private Limited, in partnership with ACG Leasing Limited, an RBI-registered Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC).

The use of this WebApp (including the mobile application) and all associated policies shall be governed by the laws of India. This Policy and any activities conducted hereunder shall constitute an “electronic record” under the Information Technology Act, 2000, and applicable rules thereunder.

2. Eligibility

To apply for a personal loan through our platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be a resident of India
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• Provide accurate and complete personal and financial information

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet our eligibility criteria.

• All applications are subject to verification, credit assessment, and internal approval policies.
• You authorize us to verify your information through credit bureaus, employers, and other relevant entities.

• Late payment fees and penalties may apply if you fail to repay on time.

5. Repayment Terms

• You agree to repay the loan in accordance with the agreed schedule.
• EMI (Equated Monthly Instalment) amounts and due dates will be specified in your loan agreement.
• Prepayment or foreclosure may be allowed, subject to applicable charges.
